This is a 1st Class 1st year program written by Jeff Thompson as a part of his Wood Badge ticket in the Boy Scouts of America.

The program consists of a number of 'Effective Teaching' outlines that cover most of the requirements up of 1st Class.  The lesson plans are laid out so that there is not duplication between them.  They are mostly meant to fill the 'skills instruction' portion of the meeting.  This document is currently being used in Troop 164, Chief Okemos Council and will be revised over the course of the year.
